So, what are the reasons for the breakage of the strap joint?

1. The ironing head of the packing machine is skewed, so that the bonding area of ​​the packing belt at both ends will be small, which is prone to breakage. When actually packing, use pliers to correct the ironing head;
2. The operator moves the goods down without waiting for the upper pallet of the baler to return to its place at work.
3. There is too much dirt on the ironing head of the packing machine, which will also affect the adhesion of the packing belt. You can use sandpaper to polish off the stains;
4. The temperature of the baler is not moderate, generally around 450° in summer and 600° in winter in the north. For different use environments, it should be adjusted according to the ambient temperature;
5. The lower bearing of the middle blade of the baler is deformed, you can consider replacing the middle blade;
