Manual packing How to choose buckles for PET strap ?

PET strapping buckle Specifications: Normal width: (12mm, 16mm, 19mm) ,Corresponding equivalent PET strap width. : like: Width16mm strap use 12mm buckle.

Normal buckle thickness: (0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm) ,should choose Corresponding equivalent thickness .

Like 16*0.6 pet Strap choose 1606buckle .   if 16*0.6pet strap choose 1608buckle .buckle not holding ,slip belt.

Packing buckle tension: depending on the strap, the tension of the strap buckle at the joint is 85% of the body strap.
