How to calculated PET strap tension level?

The tension grade is on the basis of the new raw material.   And also keep Elongation:10%-20%.  

Standard tension have 3level as bellow :   like:19*1.27mm

L level: = width*thickness *35   , 19*1.27mm tension>884kg

M level：= width*thickness *40 ,  19*1.27mm tension>965kg

H level ：= width*thickness *45,  19*1.27mm tension>1085kg

Keep Tension and Elongation both is good ,To ensure transportation safety

>Like: many supplier tension can reach demand ,But Elongation only reach 3%-6% .   less Elongation it will security risk .
