Material grade of PET packing strap

3. Use bottle flakes to granulate and increase the viscosity of raw materials, viscosity> 0.90, tensile strength> 420 Mpa (42kg/mm2), used for heavy-duty packaging, such as steel products, glass, refractory bricks, wood materials and other materials, instead of steel belts Packaging Materials.
It is reported that the breaking elongation and tensile breaking load of the plastic steel belt can be measured in the tensile test using the same sample, but they have no direct linear relationship. PET generally requires a smaller breaking elongation to avoid cargo After tying and packing, the packing tape creeps and relaxes at room temperature.
PET Strap is a non-metallic material, which can reduce the elongation at break of the belt through a unidirectional stretching process. By changing the material model and production process parameters, the elongation at break of PET belt can be controlled within a certain range.
